Anoniza is a product of Eucarl Inc. References to "we," "us," or "our" in these terms refer to Eucarl Inc.

Acceptable use

You may use Anoniza to anonymize text, PDFs, and images you have the right to process. You agree not to use Anoniza for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service in a way that harms other users, or to use it to process content you don't have the right to handle.

Accuracy and detection limitations

Anoniza uses automated detection to identify personal information, and optical character recognition (OCR) to read text from images. Both are imperfect. Anoniza does not guarantee that it will detect every instance of sensitive information in your content, and OCR may misread text, especially in low-quality images. You are responsible for reviewing the detected items and the protected result before relying on it or sharing it with anyone.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you process with Anoniza and for how you use the protected output. Anoniza is a tool to help reduce the risk of sharing sensitive information — it is not a guarantee that a document is safe to share.

Intellectual property

The Anoniza name, branding, and the application itself are the property of their owners. You retain all rights to the content you process — Anoniza does not claim any ownership over your documents, text, or images.

Service availability

Anoniza is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anoniza and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from undetected sensitive information, OCR errors, or reliance on the protected output.

Prohibited misuse

You may not use Anoniza to attempt to overwhelm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure, or to process content on behalf of others without their consent where such consent is required.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Anoniza after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
